We do offer waitlist applications up to 3 months ahead of your planned move in date.
We do not have furniture in our apartments. We can help you with several referrals if needed.
No - just call and schedule a date and time and we will take you around our community and help you make an informed decision.
Both are acceptable. Appointments do insure we are here for you though.
Your friend will receive a huge thanks and a referral of $300 off their rent after you move in.
We do require renters insurance of $100,000 liability coverage.
When you decide to rent we will help you chose the location that you prefer.
Each apartment receives a full repaint, cleaning and the upgrades that are underway. Ask us for specifics in your apartment before you move in.
Our parking is open and available for both guests and residents.
We offer choices. All our apartments include hookups, we have a laundry facility on site or you can lease WD machines from us for $35 per month.
We visit the Kroger Marketplace for groceries, Stoneypoint Fashion Park for luxuries and Wal Mart for everything else. All are within 10 minutes of Sterling Beaufont.
Make it your home! Some charges do apply for permanent changes such as wall paint.

Our residents can lease a washer/dryer from us for only $35 per month.
We love pets, we charge $25 pet rent and a one time fee of $250.
Utilities are not included. Residents pay water and sewer, gas for heat and electricity for air conditioning.
